What you’ll do

• Provide information on membership benefits and promote the value of company products and services.
• Process membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Participate in sales and marketing events and work toward meeting membership goals.
• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct safety sweeps, perform proper forklift spotting procedures, handle hazardous materials correctly, and report unsafe situations to management.
• Fulfill member fax‑n‑pull and click‑n‑pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet member needs.
• Complete work assignments and prioritize using policies, data and resources.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners.
• Identify priorities, deadlines and expectations.
• Communicate progress and information.
• Recommend improvement opportunities and adapt to change, difficulties and feedback.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.

Hourly wage: $18.00–$26.00 per hour. Additional compensation premiums may be earned based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
