Position Summary

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.
When no manager or Operations Supervisor is present, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures all opening and closing procedures are completed, and that store operations run smoothly.
- Work effectively with store management and store crews.
- Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
- Communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
- Promote a customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).
- Handle customer‑relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price merchandise.
- Stock shelves.
- Execute displays, signage, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
- Execute display and maintenance of off‑shelf merchandise and reset departments following POGs.
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
- Advanced communication and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store.
- Experience as a retail supervisor.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is $16.00 - $16.00 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
