About the job Business Development Executive

Position Summary:

The Sales Manager at Quinable will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team within the healthcare staffing industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, particularly within healthcare staffing marketplaces and direct hiring services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, client relationship management expertise, and a deep understanding of market trends and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Healthcare Staffing Industry

    Experience:

    Proven track record in sales within the healthcare staffing industry, ideally with experience in both staffing marketplaces and direct hiring services.
  • 2. Client Acquisition: Focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • 3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs.
  • 4. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • 5. Targeted Outreach: Utilize a combination of cold calling, emailing, and networking to reach potential clients.
  • 6. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • 7. Collaborative Environment: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
  • 8. Professional Development: Opportunities for ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications and

Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales within the healthcare staffing industry, with experience in both staffing marketplaces and direct hiring services.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a sales team, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and driving team performance.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities.
  • Experience with AI tools and their application in improving staffing solutions and sales processes.
  • Knowledge of CMS staffing standards.
  • Expertise in managing the entire sales process and proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Experience in training and developing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Familiarity with key competitors and strategies to outperform them.
