Overview
ENG is a BIM company founded in 2007 and the largest, most experienced BIM production service provider in the United States, having completed 5,000 projects with a dedicated team of over 600 staff members. ENG provides MEP modeling, coordination, VDC/BIM management, and a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.
The RoleAccount Executives represent ENG to new and existing clients, primarily General Contractors and MEP subcontractors. They work with a 15‑person Sales & Marketing team on end‑to‑end sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals, and build long‑term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop business by leveraging network and expanding relationships with new clients while maintaining existing ones.
- Sell ENG’s MEP modeling and coordination services and some tech products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Design and develop sales strategies and deliver compelling presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to create mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities.
- Travel 1‑3 times per month, several days at a time (~40% of time).
- Experience and background in Construction/BIM/VDC industry; at least 5–10 years.
- Must reside in the US.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably senior account executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
