About The Team
  • Worldpay is seeking individuals with experience working in a high velocity call center environment to join our Inside Sales team. Our team’s mission is to increase market share within the SMB business community, and play a key role in building customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
What You’ll Own
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Five9).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow‑up support.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in an Inside Sales function or in a direct selling role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Customer Engagement tools).
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full‑time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $20.14‑$29.95. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training.
