Senior Equipment Sales Representative – Ohio

Location: Ohio

Base Salary: Competitive, up to $100K and possibly higher.

• 4‑year degree preferred (sales experience considered).
• Minimum 10 years of recent sales experience, start‑to‑finish.
• High‑level account management experience with an annual sales volume of $15M+.
• Experience selling Ag Equipment preferred; solid knowledge of Ag equipment and farming operations acceptable.
• Strong sales leadership skills with ability to coach/mentor other representatives.
• Holistically focused on account management, product sales, and services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization, organizational, computer/technology, and problem‑solving skills.
• Independent, performance‑driven, yet teamwork oriented.
• Preference for candidates from the area or who wish to return to the community.

Senior Equipment Sales Representative will oversee and maintain large customer accounts and coach/mentor other sales representatives within multiple Ohio Ag business locations. Responsible for managing a minimum annual sales volume of $20M. Must meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment and maintain product, market, and industry knowledge. Reports directly to the General Manager of the territory.
