We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for sales. This role requires someone who is knowledgeable or willing to learn about our vehicles, financing options, and services to effectively assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles.

• Assist customers with vehicle selection by promoting model options, features, value-added products, and financing options in accordance with dealership policies
• Conduct vehicle test drives while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Facilitate vehicle delivery by clearly explaining vehicle features, warranty coverage, and service requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely sales documentation
• Negotiate and close sales in a professional and ethical manner
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, financing options, and current promotions
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing educational programs as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently to achieve goals
