Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Scrubs & Beyond, your main goal is to understand our customers' needs and guide them to the best products that fulfill those needs. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service that not only enhances the shopping experience but also drives sales.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and modeling selling best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting.
• Execute closing and opening duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate Kindthread Core Values at all times.
• Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.

• 0-2 years of relevant job experience – minimum 6 months (previous retail experience preferred).
• Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-Time 12‑29 hours weekly.

• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers and drive sales.
• Collaborative skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Constantly standing and walking.
• Constantly reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping.
• Frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
