The Key Account Manager at SFS Medina - Automotive Division is responsible for developing profitable sales with assigned customers respectively in assigned sales areas. The mission is to serve as a trusted advisor to existing and potential new customers in a manner that assures deepened customer relationships, high customer satisfaction, new customer acquisition, increased sales and profitable revenue growth. Additionally, the ideal candidate performs the daily duties and tasks as assigned based on the principles of the SFS corporate model and values.
PrincipalDuties
- Establish annual budget and action plan
- Implement sales activities according to budget and action plan
- Acquire new customers and new parts
- Take care of customers and offer valuable solutions (value selling)
- Prepare and present offers with support of SFS Customer Service and Specialists
- Operate in Key Account Manager role with an entrepreneurial spirit and help run and grow the business
- Negotiate pricing and act as customer advocate with appropriate balance of SFS interests
- Check, develop, and negotiate customer contracts, supported by SFS specialists
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Automotive Business (preferred)
- Strong relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Technically savvy with the ability to discuss engineered solution
