This position is located in Florence, Kentucky.

• Competitive Compensation – targeted first year annual compensation of $51,010-$54,552 with an average 46 hour work week.

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• In a structured program, master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, while establishing community relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in at least two of the following areas:
  Sales, Customer Service, Leadership/Management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
