Job Overview
At T‑Mobile, you will support retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions, using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits. Your performance is measured by building customer relationships, completing training, and contributing to a seamless customer experience that enhances loyalty and supports team initiatives.
Job Responsibilities- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
- Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
- Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
- Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by business management
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Preferred)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00 plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days you will receive on‑the‑job training and be eligible for training pay. After completing training, Mobile Experts may earn an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year, with actual incentives varying by performance and full‑time status.
