Compensation & Performance Bonuses
Base Pay
- $20.00 per hour
Appointment Bonuses
- $50 for every qualified appointment you book
- $100 for every appointment that results in a sold project valued at $1,200 or more
Monthly Sales Bonuses
- 12–13 jobs sold: $1,000 Bonus
- 14–15 jobs sold: $1,500 Bonus
- 16+ jobs sold: $2,000 Bonus

What You'll DoAs a Canvasser, you'll play a critical role in helping our sales team connect with homeowners by generating qualified leads in residential neighborhoods.
Your responsibilities include:- Walk assigned neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our painting services
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Generate high-quality leads through friendly, professional conversations
- Represent Final Touch Painting with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Record customer interactions and appointment details accurately
- Work independently while contributing to overall team goals
- Friendly, confident, and enjoys talking with people
- Energetic and comfortable working outdoors throughout the day
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable, accountable, and dependable
- Positive with a "can-do" attitude
- Honest, respectful, and professional
- Flexible and eager to learn
- Passionate about personal growth and success
- Ability to walk 5+ miles per day
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Previous canvassing, customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
- Willingness to learn and work toward performance goals
