• Prospect and engage — reach out to potential clients via calls
• Understand and qualify — learn about each business’s situation and match them with the right funding solution
• Educate and advise — explain how our lending options can help owners grow, stabilize, or scale
• Manage your pipeline — track leads and follow-ups using our CRM
• Close deals — develop the skills to bring deals across the finish line and earn based on results

This role is designed for new grads. We don’t require prior sales experience — we hire for drive, curiosity, and communication skills and train the rest.

• Coachable and resilient — you take feedback well and bounce back fast
• Any experience in sales, customer service, or client‑facing roles is a plus
