Sweat Houz (SWTHZ) is the fastest-growing recovery franchise globally, with more than 30 open locations and over 300 licenses sold. Our mission is to accelerate the world’s adoption of contrast therapy through private suite experiences that combine infrared sauna and cold plunge technology.

Health and Recovery 88, Inc. is a franchisee of SWTHZ, developing 10 locations across the Cleveland, Ohio area. With studios open in Ohio City and Strongsville and additional openings planned in the coming months, we are seeking Assistant Studio Managers to support daily operations, drive membership growth, and ensure the consistent delivery of an exceptional client and member experience.

The Sales Associate is a critical frontline role responsible for driving memberships, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and building long-term member relationships. Reporting directly to the Studio Manager, the Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador and plays a key role in the success and profitability of the studio.

This position blends relationship-based sales, prospecting, and service excellence, ensuring every guest and member feels welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their wellness journey.

1. Guest Experience & New Membership Enrollment (40%)

Sales Associates execute a relationship-based sales approach with every guest introduction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct studio tours that connect Sweat Houz services to each guest’s goals
• Clearly present membership options and pricing
• Enroll new members using established sales systems and protocols
• Effectively onboard new members and support retention initiatives
• Deliver confident, professional, and engaging sales conversations

2. Prospecting & Lead Generation (40%)

Sales Associates are responsible for consistently generating and converting new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments with leads and prospective members
• Promote studio marketing campaigns and promotions
• Manage and follow up on leads using company software
• Execute daily prospecting and sales activity plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication

3. Member Experience & Retention (20%)

Sales Associates support a high-touch, member-centric studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members by name and provide prompt, attentive service
• Build strong relationships through consistent and personalized engagement
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for member questions and concerns
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment
• Partner with Studio Management to enhance overall member satisfaction
