Area Sales Manager Ohio

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of the total portfolio of products and services available through Select Sires Member Cooperative (SSMC) including but not limited to genetically superior beef and dairy semen, Professional A.I. Technician services, Cow Manager®, genomic testing as well as robust line of supplies and animal health care products.

The primary focus of this role is to utilize the SSMC product lines to further the genetic development and performance of the clients' herd. Utilizing sales, communicating professional knowledge, applying solutions, and providing customer service and support of the highest quality. The Area Sales Manager will strive to always be a trusted and reliable source for each of their customers, while working to consistently develop and expand the client base in their assigned territory.

Additionally, this position manages the team of Professional Artificial Insemination (A.I.) Technicians serving the customer base in the area. The team is responsible for providing the daily as well as call in service to customers, developing customer solutions, and implementing the genetic programs offered by SSMC..
