Responsibilities- Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with facility managers, building owners, and key industrial stakeholders to drive account growth.
- Execute strategic territory plans to identify high-potential prospects and shepherd complex sales cycles from initial outreach to successful closure.
- Provide expert guidance on fall protection systems, guardrails, and overhead safety equipment tailored to specific site requirements.
- Drive revenue through proactive networking, targeted outreach, and consistent follow-up with key decision-makers.
- Maintain high data integrity within the CRM to track pipeline health, customer interactions, and project milestones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, estimating, and technical support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and solution accuracy.
- Conduct on-site assessments and gather technical field measurements to support the development of precise, compliant safety solutions.
- 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial, construction, or safety equipment sectors.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills with a focus on long-term client retention.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex project deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable working in industrial environments, including the ability to climb ladders and navigate heights for site inspections.
- Working knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 standards regarding fall protection compliance.
- Prior experience managing projects within the commercial roofing or government contracting sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
