Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of general chemistry, analytical chemistry, and organic chemistry
• Knowledge of polymeric materials and their properties
• Understanding of polymer structure–processing–performance relationships
• Hands‑on experience with analytical techniques, including Karl Fischer (KF), FTIR, TGA, DSC, thermal analysis, rheology, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry
• Experience with engineering polymers or plastics
• Ability to safely handle laboratory chemicals and maintain strong laboratory safety practices
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and prepare thorough technical reports and presentations
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and method validation (R&R studies)
• Ability to identify appropriate analytical techniques for troubleshooting and problem‑solving
• Ability to identify experimental errors and implement controls to minimize them
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software
• Excellent technical writing, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
