Credence has an immediate opening for an experienced Acquisition Intelligence Technical Support Principal who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/WF2 at Hanscom AFB, MA.
The Air Force Security Assistance Directorate (AFSAC) delivers airpower capabilities to strengthen international partnerships and advance national security by providing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support to all United States (US) partner nations, world-wide.
Responsibilities- Assist with the development of security requirements into contractual commitments
- Develop a Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) Security Agreement (LSI) which establishes procedures and assigns responsibilities for implementation of security requirements prescribed by the assigned case LOA for operations in the PN. The LSI should include the PN's agreed upon instructions regarding the required commensurate level protective measures associated with the classification of information and equipment; specifically, security procedures including the handling and transfer of classified materials, physical security parameters, visit procedures, and procedures for designated U.S. Government controlled facilities that is used to store and process U.S. classified information or tests not releasable to the PN or IO
- Conduct security site visits and inspections to ensure that the PN's classified environment meets standards and procedures detailed in the LSI. Support will include travel CONUS and OCONUS (varies depending on program but no less than 25%)
- Perform administrative tasks as necessary to support security functions.
- The Contractor shall have strong analytical writing skills to successfully document program security methods and decisions.
- Provide security-related technical assistance to the organization for briefings, meetings, and conferences.
- Develop elements of the LSI but will also incorporate relevant US security components from basic security doctrine. Once the LSI is in place, it should guide program office security measures and be updated as threats and vulnerabilities change or are better understood
- Clearance: TS/SCI
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD
- OR, Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
- OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD
- Familiarity with National Industrial Security Program Operation Manual (NISPOM) requirements are preferred
