Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing, credential checks, and/or other security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for employees, contractors, and/or visitors, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Maintain accurate activity logs, visitor records, delivery documentation, and/or incident reports in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including building access points, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
