The Security Shift Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Security Department on assigned shift, in accordance with the company’s established policies, procedures and controls.

• Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests, and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss and time injuries.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting and recruiting metrics.
• Delegate duties and assign responsibilities to staff.
• Complete and process performance reviews.
• Assist in development of team members, conduct interviews, and participate in selection, hiring, coaching, retention and termination processes.
• Investigate incidents and/or guest complaints, compiling data for accurate reporting.
• Schedule rotation of officers throughout officer posts.
• Conduct training with officers.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed and monitored during the shift.
• May be asked to operate a company vehicle and/or equipment that require a valid driver’s license.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated management abilities in managing security operational effectiveness.
• Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual.
• Willingness to assume overall responsibility for the performance of the Security Department.

• 1–3 years of experience as a security guard or law enforcement agent.
• 2‑year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid racing license.

Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
