The Apprentice Electrician is a role for a motivated apprentice who has completed part of an electrical apprenticeship and is looking to continue developing wiring and installation skills in a modular home production environment. This position supports electrical installations (outlets, fixtures, and wiring systems), follows NEC and safety protocols, and partners with the production team to meet build requirements. The goal after apprenticeship completion is progression into a crew lead role based on performance and business need.

• Use current electrical techniques to work with unique modular systems.
• Install outlets, light fixtures, and wiring systems in modular homes, aligned to skill level and site standards.
• Follow electrical codes (e.g., National Electrical Code [NEC]) and safety protocols, including consistent PPE use.
• Prepare and organize materials for electrical installations to support production flow.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of electrical tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace to support efficient, safe production.
• Collaborate with team members to learn electrical processes and contribute to team goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training or coursework in electrical systems (required).
• Currently enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship program (approximately 2nd or 3rd year preferred) with demonstrated on-the-job electrical experience.
• Working understanding of electrical wiring, installation techniques, and code requirements.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions; attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills; leadership potential.

• OSHA safety training.

• Onsite at Mytikas Industries’s production facility in Florence, Colorado.
• Fast-paced, collaborative environment with hands‑on training and mentorship.
• PPE required (e.g., gloves, safety glasses, insulated tools).
