The Pest Technician is a key front‑line role, delivering outstanding service of Terminix products to customers within an assigned territory.

• Applying pesticides to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
• Responding in a timely manner to customers’ requests for telephone and in‑person service calls and calling customers to confirm scheduled services.
• Identifying and acting upon opportunities to sell additional Terminix products or services.

• High‑school graduate or GED with a valid driver’s license.
• Prior industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Personable and enjoys interacting with customers.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Effective in presenting information to customers one‑on‑one and in small groups.
• Detailed‑oriented and understands the importance of safety.
• Basic math aptitude – necessary for sales and service calculations.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
• For safety reasons, Pest Technicians must not have facial hair that could interfere with rebreather seals.
