Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Candidates will be responsible for maintenance on hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, various assembly machines, conveyor lines, and air handling equipment.

• Maintaining pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, gears, drives, AC/DC, pumps, gearboxes, motor controls, electronic systems, light systems, rigging, and various other secondary equipment.
• Perform general building maintenance on boilers, HVAC units, plumbing, light ballast, and other maintenance tasks.
• Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding, as well as reading blueprints and schematics.
• Electrical troubleshooting from 24v AC/DC up to 480v single phase and three phase, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Address breakdowns through work orders on a CMMS and follow a PM schedule.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure continuous operation of lines.
• Work on SMP presses and install new equipment as needed.

Shifts:

2nd shift (2pm-10pm, 3 openings) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am, 4 openings). Direct hire position with pay rate of $38.80/hr, with differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Union facility (UAW) with over 400 employees on site.
