Shale Pro Energy Services, LLC is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for their operations in Steubenville, Ohio. These positions involve operating a variety of heavy and specialized equipment in the oil and natural gas industry. The ideal candidates will have prior experience, be available for all shifts, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and teamwork.

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience operating heavy or specialized equipment (e.g., loader, dozer, backhoe, crane)
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Willingness to work swing shift, weekends, and occasional overnight travel
• Valid driver’s license (CDL A required for some vehicles/equipment)
• Ability to work in adverse weather and industrial environments
• Pre-employment and random drug testing, background and MVR checks
