Lead Technician

Job Description

Seeking experienced field team leaders!

At Brothers Integrated Technologies (BIT), our crews install technology:
Audio-Video, Security, Cameras, Access Control, HVAC controls, Fire Alarm, Networking - Copper & Fiber! We perform installations inside educational facilities, corporate settings and on new construction sites.

• able to lead a small team
• able to read drawings and equipment lists to help room-kit
• 1 to 3 years experience in the A/V, security, fire, or data infrastructure industries
• experience with terminations, soldering and/or connectors
• experience with rack building and cable management
• willingness to lead and learn, be trained in new skills, and obtain certifications
• any existing certifications will be considered for your starting rate!

BIT covers the costs of obtaining and maintaining your industry certifications and allow you to grow your career with us. We provide you with an outfitted vehicle, tools and cutting edge project management software to ensure on-site success.

A large portion of our installation work is in the Ohio area, however we also do work in surrounding states so there is travel required for this position. Crew members are provided with lodging and per diem when traveling.

Our typical schedule is 40 hours per week Monday thru Thursday. When traveling our technicians typically leave Monday morning, stay overnight 3 nights and come home on Thursday evening. There are opportunities for Overtime as well. Our technicians love the 3 day weekends!
