Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities- Apartment turns
- General maintenance repairs
- Prepping & painting units
- Work orders as needed
- Some formal training in one of the following areas: carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting or refurbishing (pluses)
- General maintenance of exterior grounds and systems
- Willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than repair and maintenance
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable
