Field Service Technician - Louisville, KY

A Field Service Technician who will provide in‑class service and support to our largest retail customers, performing installation, maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance and system overhauls for electromechanical equipment such as self‑checkout systems.

Hourly pay range: $17.00 – $19.00, depending on location and experience. Overtime available at time and a half. Seven paid holidays and six paid floating holidays. Paid vacation up to 80 hours in the first year. 401(k) savings and retirement plan. Company‑provided vehicle. Medical insurance is available immediately.

• Respond to field service calls promptly and effectively.
• Install, maintain, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Handle service issues, triage problems before escalation, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Work within an assigned territory and travel as required.
• Support small‑scale scissor lift operations to service networking equipment in retail environments.

• Local candidate in the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that satisfies NCRV fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic and hardware awareness.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving for several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts; flexible shift work including morning, afternoon, and evening start times.
• Capacity to carry/lift up to 75 lbs. without assistance and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach and manipulate objects of varying size.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• CompTIA certifications such as A+, N+.
• One or more years of related experience.
