Summit Skilled Solutions is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for their property management team in Newton Falls, Ohio. This role involves hands‑on maintenance work, with a strong emphasis on plumbing skills, in multi‑family residential communities. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys solving a variety of maintenance challenges while providing excellent service to residents.

• Competitive pay: $28-$30 per hour

• 1-3 years of apartment or multi‑family residential maintenance experience
• Strong plumbing experience required
• Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC systems, and general carpentry
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform duties such as bending, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and kneeling
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
