Concrete Finishers are responsible for placing, leveling, finishing, and repairing concrete surfaces while maintaining quality and production standards.

• Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces
• Operate hand and power finishing tools
• Apply curing and sealing compounds
• Check grades and elevations
• Perform quality inspections on finished concrete
• Work safely as part of a concrete placement crew

• Previous concrete finishing experience
• Ability to read grades and elevations
• Experience operating finishing equipment
• Strong attention to quality and detail

Carpenters support concrete and structural construction activities through layout, formwork installation, and construction support.

• Build and install concrete formwork
• Read and interpret construction drawings
• Measure and layout construction materials
• Install bracing, framing, and temporary structures
• Assist with concrete placement operations
• Maintain a safe and productive work area

• Formwork or concrete carpentry experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Experience using hand and power tools

General Laborers play a critical role supporting crews and helping projects operate safely and efficiently.

• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Assist skilled trades and equipment operators
• Perform site cleanup and housekeeping
• Support concrete placement and carpentry crews
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements
  
  Complete additional duties as assigned

• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials
• Reliable transportation
