*** Responsibilities and Duties
**** Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems up to 480V.
* Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, ohm meters, and other diagnostic tools.
* Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on motors, drives, and MCCs.
* Troubleshoot and repair VFDs and motor control circuits.
* Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation.
* Perform loop checks, instrument calibrations, and verification of control system functionality.
* Other duties as assigned.
*** Education and Experience
**** Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an I&E technician, controls technician, automation technician, or similar role.
* Experience working with industrial PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and instrumentation.
* Proficiency with multimeters and diagnostic tools.
* Familiarity with CMMS systems and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
* Experience with industrial communication protocols preferred.
* Experience with robotics preferred.
*** Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
**** Electrical and instrumentation systems troubleshooting and maintenance.
* Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, loop drawings, technical manuals, and ladder logic.
* Ability to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair complex automated machines.
* Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, transmitters, and control loops.
* Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including electromechanical assemblies.
*** Work Environment
*** This position requires no travel. Time will be spent in all areas of the plant, both indoors and outdoors, in all-weather elements.
