- Mobilise and demobilise blasting hoppers/spray pumps and encapsulations
- Abrasive blast, ranging from a whip class SA 3 on ferrous and nonferrous substrates using both garnet and steel abrasives
- Hand/Mechanical preparation of repair areas using orbital sanders and MBX's
- Brush/Roll stripe coats as required.
- Using mainly airless spray, apply up to 5 coat systems required by DFT's/specifications
- Application of inorganic zinc's, epoxy zinc's, high build epoxies, antifouls and acrylic polyurethanes
- Remediate areas marked up by quality inspectors to meet the requirements of client specifications
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- 3 - 5 years' Experience with in the Industry (Preferred)
- Airless and conventional spray and blasting experience
- High Risk Work Licence – LF & EWP (Preferred)
- Working at Heights (Preferred)
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
- Experience working with Marine vessels (Desirable)
