Complete maintenance work orders Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and general repairs Respond to after-hours emergencies during your scheduled on-call rotation Coordinate with vendors and property management teams Help train and mentor new maintenance technicians Deliver outstanding service to our residents

Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred (apartment, facilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication Comfortable using an iPhone for work orders Able to work independently and perform the physical demands of the position
