The Maintenance Tech assists the Community Manager or Supervisor in meeting appearance, safety and operational standards, responding quickly to resident requests and performing a wide range of repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years in maintenance, EPA/HVAC certification, and the ability to participate in on-call rotations.
