Weigand Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field operations across carpentry, masonry and concrete.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on craftsmanship, safety, and building strong teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. As a Foreman you will supervise crews, plan daily work, coordinate with superintendents, maintain logs, enforce OSHA safety standards, and mentor crew members to improve performance.
