The Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office Victim/Witness Division is seeking volunteer phone and hospital advocates. Phone advocates will respond to a 24-hour crisis line, assisting victims of crime with intervention and information about the criminal justice system.
Hospital advocates will support sexual assault victims in local emergency rooms, working closely with police and staff. Candidates must reside in Montgomery County, have reliable transportation, and complete a 20-hour training course. Please note this is an unpaid volunteer position.
