Schedule:

Up to 10 hours per week (self‑determined).

• Conduct 5‑10 one‑to‑one peer‑mentoring sessions weekly, focusing on resilience, emotional intelligence, goal setting, and campus resource connections.
• Represent UGA Well‑Being and Fontaine Center initiatives at on‑campus and off‑campus outreach events.
• Participate in training, professional development, and ongoing Positive Psychology courses.

• Current UGA student enrolled at least half‑time and meeting basic UGA eligibility criteria.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to working with diverse student populations.
• Ability to adapt a flexible part‑time schedule to accommodate academic responsibilities.
• Compliance with UGA background check and drug testing requirements.

• Major in psychology, social work, or a related human services field.
• Completion of Positive Psychology training courses.
