A valid Class A CDL without airbrake restrictions from the state that you declare to be your point of permanent domicile
12 months of recent/current validated experience or 150,000 validated miles OR
2 years validated experience with current driving experience in the last 12 months (6 months of which must be consecutive, but not current). Each applicant will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
If an applicant does not meet the above requirements, but has five (5) years continuous service (does not have to be current) and no more than a two (2) break in service the applicant would be eligible for consideration of employment
If an applicant does not meet the above requirements, the experience will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and the applicant may be a candidate for the mentoring program.
If the applicant holds a valid Class A CDL, but has not been driving in a Class A capacity to meet the above requirements, the experience will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and the applicant may be a candidate for the mentoring program.
Read, write, speak, and clearly understand the English language
DOT applications must be complete and accurate as well as include 10 years of employment
Must meet or exceed the medical standard of DOT, including passing a physical exam and drug test administered by a company approved facility
Possess a valid Social Security Card
No reckless driving violations in the last ten (10) years
No suspension of license in the last five (5) years each suspension will be handled on a case by case basis
No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years , the violations cannot be a term able offense or no more than 10
MPH over the posted speed limit No more than three (3) moving violation in the last five (5) years, the violations cannot be a term able offense or no more than 10
MPH over the posted speed limit No at fault accidents within the last five (5) years No more than three (3) moving or non-moving violations in a five (5) year period. Each MVR will be reviewed on a case by case basis
No failed or refused drug or alcohol test
No felony convictions within the last ten (10) years from the time restitution was completed. Convictions older than ten (10) years will be considered on a case by case basis.
No controlled substance events No crimes against another person of ANY type
Misdemeanors will be considered on a case by case basis
No DWI, DUI, BAC, or Open Container convictions in the last ten (10) years
Present a clean and professional appearance
Successful completion of Corrugated Logistics road test
