Job Summary
Class A CDL Drivers $1980-$2040/WK Home Weekly Full Benefits Rider & Pet Welcome (Full Time). Types of Jobs:
Dedicated Account.
Class A drivers run a dedicated account that gets you home every week (almost always on weekends) with weekly pay of $1980-$2040/WK. Starting pay is $1.39/Mile. Drivers are also paid $10 per stop on a quarterly basis for safe deliveries and come to about $600-$800 per quarter. Full benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, 401K, PTO and more.
Drivers can take the truck home with them if they have a secure place to park.
Drivers can have a rider and pet with them after training on the account is completed.
Drivers will train on the account for 4-5 days and earn $280/day.
Trucks are all automatic and are newer model Freightliner or International.
Running area is OH, MI, IN, KY, PA, WV, MD, NY, VT.
Guarantee base pay for the first 60 days of $1400/WK ($280/day). The driver is paid the greater of guarantee or mileage pay.
Driver will earn $0.01 CPM raise every 6 months to cap of $1.43/Mile.
$2500 Sign-On Bonus paid out at $250 every month for ten months.
Orientation & Training- Orientation in St. Louis followed by 3–5 days of training with a mentor on the account.
- At least 6 months of Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (No more than 9 jobs in the last 3 years).
- No failed or refused DOT drug tests (Including SAP program completion).
- No terminations from your last driving job.
- Clean driving record:
- Max of 2 moving violations in the last 12 months (or 3 in the last 36 months).
- Max of 2 seat belt violations in the last 24 months.
- No speeding violations over 11-14 mph above the limit in the last 12 months.
- No pending violations.
- No more than 2 out-of-service violations in the last year.
- No serious offenses in the last 3 years (e.g., leaving the scene of an accident, fatal accidents, etc.).
- No DOT recordable preventable accidents in the last 12 months.
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 12 months, and no more than 4 accidents (preventable or non-preventable) in the same period.
- All DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last 3 years must have an accident report.
- No felonies in the last 5 years.
