Weekend CDL A Jockey And Shuttle Driver

Overview

Trans Force is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Florence, KY. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday, 7 pm to 7:30 am.

Pay: $30.60 per hour for 24 hours per week, unless extra hours are available. Weekly average for two days of work: $734 per week.

Route type:
Local, Yard Jockey, and Shuttle runs.

Equipment:
Single Axle Hostler Hydraulic 5th Wheel.

  A.
• Experience:
  
  1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years).
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes.
• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform required handling tasks.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, and tarping, if applicable.
