Order Selector​/Picker

Monday – Friday, 1:30p.m. until the work is completed. This role may also require nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Starting pay: $23.05 per hour with potential to earn up to $33.75 per hour.
• Bonuses up to $1,500 available this summer.

• Build customer orders efficiently using company equipment, meeting the distribution center's performance standards.
• Read and interpret pick tickets, and accurately verify all loads to ensure complete and correct orders.
• Operate all distribution center equipment safely and courteously in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain equipment certifications and adhere to product handling procedures, including handling damaged product, returns, and dunnage.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Help teammates and assist customers whenever needed, supporting the overall team effort.

• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to read and interpret warehouse pick tickets.
• Basic math skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Forklift and other DC equipment experience or certifications are preferred.
• Advanced time‑management and organizational skills.

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Pull or push loads up to 100lbs.; off‑premise drivers may lift up to 55lbs.; on‑premise drivers up to 165lbs.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures.
• Operate in noisy and crowded spaces.
• Drive vehicles during the workday; a current valid driver’s license is required.
• Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing ladders and stairs, and frequent turning or pivoting.
• Use a personal computer for email, data entry, and documentation.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
