Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Upon Arrival, Ask for Patrick

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Stand-Up Forklifts to move materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience and be willing to assist with general warehouse duties, including picking and packing products when needed.

• Operate Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Stand-Up Forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Use a Reach Truck to retrieve and store products at heights of up to 8 feet.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport materials as directed.
• Assist with picking and packing orders as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and product placement.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any safety concerns.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Previous Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, and Stand-Up Forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic warehouse, inventory, and material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable work clothing is permitted.
• Closed-toe shoes are required at all times.

• Safety glasses are required while on the warehouse floor.
• Green Garden will provide safety glasses and side shields if needed.
• Cell phones are not permitted on the production floor.
• Phones may be stored in personal vehicles or lockers located in the breakroom.
• Employees choosing to use a locker must provide their own lock.
• Locks must be removed at the end of each workday.
