Position: Warehouse Clerk (HAO) - FT, 1st shift; A Schedule - (12 hours per shift; 7 AM - 7 PM) - 4 on 3 Off; 3 on 4 Off Shift

Full-time 2nd Shift - A Schedule (12 hours per shift; 7 AM - 7 PM)

4 on 3 Off; 3 on 4 Off Shift Pattern (repeats every 2 weeks)

Week 1:
Work: S/M/T/W;
Off: T/F/S

Week 2:
Work: S/M/T;
Off: W/T/F/S

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Performs data entry, and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets

* Collects, organizes, records, and files information.

* Performs Rating & Billing duties

* Other duties as assigned

OTHER

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* Ability to operate standard office equipment including fax, copier, personal computer, scanners, etc.

* Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.

* Organized and detail-oriented.

* Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Communication and client service skills.

* Excellent interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

* High School Diploma or GED is required.

* Two or more years clerical experience

* Knowledge and experience in the logistics industry is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
