We’re hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Erlanger, KY to help our warehouse team operate at its best. You’ll work during the day (1st shift, Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs. What you will do:

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift;maintain work equipment
• Maintain office and warehouse suppliesrequiredfor effective operation
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on‑call shifts, as required

What you will bring:

• Reinforces culture HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift
• of safety byutilizingallappropriate resources to safely perform allfunctionof the job
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven team player

Compensation:

Base Pay Range:
The base hourly range for this role ranges from $17 to $20, depending on experience. Total compensation for this role will include a 5% incentive plan. Disclaimer:
