Warehouse Associate – West Chester, OH

We are the makers of Oreo, Ritz, Triscuit and other iconic snack brands.

The position is represented by a labor union and requires Monday to Friday shifts starting at 7:00 AM, 8–40+ hours per week. The site is located at 8900 Global Way, West Chester, OH 45069. Responsibilities include forklift and pallet jack operation.

Hourly pay rate: US $25.00 per hour. Shift differential: $0.25. • Participate in warehouse activities such as truck unloading, stock counting, order processing and maintaining organization.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, conduct safety checks on equipment.
• Accurately assemble and load product onto delivery trucks in a timely manner.
• Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading of delivery trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Record, report, and return defective items from previous deliveries.
• Accept, verify, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries and shipments following company policy.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment and using the Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM).
• Proficient in lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs (25 kg).
• Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks preferred.
• Possess or be able to obtain the required licenses to operate equipment.
• Willingness to take on other related duties as assigned.

• Follow schedules and instructions from foreman or supervisor.
• Be flexible with schedules based on customer demands.
• Have a general understanding of warehouse operations and practices.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
