Bilingual On-Site Warehouse Supervisor

Job Center is seeking a dedicated Bilingual On-Site Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and team members at warehouse facility. Located in the Florence area. $18-20 per hour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, attendance, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle various tasks related to warehouse job duties, shipping and receiving, picking/packing, and materials handling.

Schedule:

PT (roughly 20-25 hours) split shift: 2-3 hours in the morning (7am-10a) and 2-3 hours in the afternoon (4:30pm-7pm)

• Supervise daily operations within the temp labor employees to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Work on warehouse floor to interact with employees and client supervisors and leadership team.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance performance and productivity.
• Complete attendance duties daily by filling out attendance report and following up on "no shows".
• Check in new associates on 1st day of starts.

• Proven experience in warehouse leadership or related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Experience in materials handling, ensuring proper storage and organization of products.
• Proficient in using e-commerce systems for order processing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Detail Oriented and ability to resolve conflicts is necessary.
