Full-time Facility Information Critical Access Hospital Adult Level IV Trauma Center9 monitored ED rooms including 2 trauma/resuscitation bays and 3 triage/treatment rooms
Annual ED Volume:
Approximately 12,000 visits
Average Daily Volume: 3545 patientsEMR:
Epic Clinical Responsibilities Emergency Medicine coverage for all patient populations
Physician may work solo part of the time Emergency Department rounding and patient management
Documentation of recent emergency medicine clinical activity/case logs required
Requirements
Active Oregon license required at presentationABEM or AOBEM Board Certification requiredACLS, PALS, and ATLS required
Epic proficiency required
Must provide documentation of emergency medicine services within the previous 24 months
Additional Information No call required
All orientation hours billable
Coverage needed for gap coverage assignment with extension pending"
