We are currently seeking a full time (0.9 FTE) day shift Mammography Technologist to join our team at Peace Harbor Medical Center in beautiful Florence, Oregon.

The salary range for this job opening at Peace Health is $46.87-$66.17. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors including education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
As a Mammography Technologist, you’ll perform routine and specialized breast imaging procedures, integrating technical expertise with compassionate patient care. You’ll play a vital role in early detection and diagnosis, helping patients navigate their health journey with confidence and support.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment to meet patient and physician needs.
- Perform high-quality mammographic imaging while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Educate and support patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to optimize diagnostic accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with MQSA and ACR standards, including quality control documentation.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT certification in Radiography required;
Mammography certification within 6 months of hire. - Oregon Radiologic Technologist license through Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) and BLS certification required.
- Prior experience in mammography preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
