Your Expertise Deserves More Than Routine
Some imaging positions ask you to perform the same exams, day after day.
This isn't one of them.
At Peace Harbor Medical Center in Florence, Oregon, your day might begin with a CT exam that helps answer a critical clinical question and continue with diagnostic X-Ray support that keeps patient care moving smoothly throughout the hospital.
You'll be relied upon not just for technical skill, but for judgment.
You'll review histories. Connect the clinical picture. Adapt studies when patients need a different approach. Collaborate with physicians. Educate patients who may be anxious about what comes next.
The work feels different when you're part of a community hospital.
You see the impact.
You build relationships.
You become a familiar face to patients who remember the care you provided long after the scan is complete.
And because this is a Per Diem opportunity, you'll have the flexibility to build a schedule that works with your life while earning:
$49.16 to $69.41 per hour, DOE
Plus 15% differential in lieu of benefits
What You'll Experience
Working with a Siemens Somatom AS CT scanner, you'll perform routine and specialized CT imaging while supporting X-Ray services as needed.

You'll have opportunities to:
- Utilize both CT and X-Ray skills
- Maintain meaningful patient interaction
- Participate in quality-focused imaging practices
- Exercise clinical judgment and adaptability

Why You'll Love Living Here
Florence offers something increasingly difficult to find: breathing room.
Here, your commute is measured in minutes, not traffic reports.
Days off can include beach walks, coastal trails, fishing, kayaking, or simply enjoying a pace of life that feels calmer and more connected. It's the kind of place where people choose to stay because life outside the hospital matters too.
For many healthcare professionals, Florence feels less like a place to work and more like a place to live well.
