Registered Nurse Position

We are seeking a compassionate, team-oriented registered nurse to join our small 55‑bed skilled facility located in Florence, Oregon. Our relaxed, family‑like environment offers a supportive team and the opportunity to make a difference in resident care.

Daily stipend for commuting expenses. $4.00 Weekend Differential (RN‑Only) $2.00 NOC Shift Differential (10 PM to 6 AM)

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

• Current RN license in good standing
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
