THE OPPORTUNITY

• Medical Assistant is assigned to each clinician.
• Daily case load is approximately 15-18 patients per day.
• Additional support from our Diabetes Educator, RN Care Coordinators, Wound Care, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Palliative Care and Womens Health. 4-day or 5-day work week.
• Collaborative working environment.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• National certification as an NP or PA
• Ability to obtain an Oregon NP or PA license
• Current DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Experience in Urgent Care, Walk-In Clinic, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related setting preferred
